As we begin the 2022 Legislative Session, I’d like to let you know that I’m keeping my eyes open on several bills related to ballot access, voting rights, recall, referendum, and proportional representation, as well as bills regarding decriminalization of psilocybin and the legalization of cannabis. As with many things, the process of holding Legislative Committee hearings appears to be heading towards a hybrid model (in-person and online) which will allow me to renew my lobbying activities.
