2017 Session: Week 4

Week 4 of the NH Legislative Session is in the books, and New Hampshire Libertas was at the statehouse and Legislative Office Building (LOB) testifying for pro-freedom legislation and against anti-freedom legislation.

On Tuesday (Jan 31), President Darryl W. Perry testified on:

SB114 prohibiting a candidate from receiving the nomination of more than one party. support
HB495 relative to amendments to warrant articles. support
HB232 relative to reporting of a legislator’s personal interest in legislation. oppose
(provided written testimony only)

On Wednesday (Feb 1), Perry testified on:

HB231 relative to allocation of electoral votes. support (with reservation)
HB320 relative to procedures for apportioning electoral districts. support
HB459 relative to challenged voter affidavits. oppose
